Ingredients

  • 500g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
  • 200g Mehl (flour)
  • 3 Eier (eggs)
  • 1 Pack Backpulver (baking powder)
  • 3 EL Erythrit (Erythritol)
  • 20g Schokodrops (chocolate chips)
  • Zimt (cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2Mix well until a batter forms.
  3. 3Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. 4Grease a pan and bake the pancakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  5. 5Sprinkle with cinnamon.
