Ingredients
- 500g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
- 200g Mehl (flour)
- 3 Eier (eggs)
- 1 Pack Backpulver (baking powder)
- 3 EL Erythrit (Erythritol)
- 20g Schokodrops (chocolate chips)
- Zimt (cinnamon)
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2Mix well until a batter forms.
- 3Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- 4Grease a pan and bake the pancakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- 5Sprinkle with cinnamon.
