Banana Pudding

Ingredients
- 250 ml / gr milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 gr sugar
- 25 gr corn starch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 180 ml/ gr whipping cream
- 2-3 bananas
- Biscuits
Instructions
- 1For the vanilla pudding / diplomat cream, combine milk, egg yolks, sugar, corn starch, and vanilla in a pot.
- 2Cook over low heat, whisking constantly, until it thickens into a custard.
- 3Transfer the pudding to a bowl and cover the surface with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Let it cool completely.
- 4Whip the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks.
- 5Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled pudding to create a smooth cream.
- 6Slice the bananas.
- 7Crush biscuits.
- 8To assemble the banana pudding, layer crushed biscuits, pudding, and sliced bananas in glasses.
- 9Repeat the layers.
- 10Garnish with crushed biscuits.
