Chinese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • Mini cucumbers
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Oil
  • Honey
  • Chili flakes
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Wash mini cucumbers
  2. 2Place chopsticks on either side of a cucumber. Cut straight down on one side.
  3. 3Flip the cucumber over and cut diagonally on the other side. This creates a spiral effect.
  4. 4Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and let sit to remove some water.
  5. 5Add garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil, honey, chili flakes and sesame seeds.
  6. 6Mix all ingredients together.
  7. 7Enjoy!
