Chinese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- Mini cucumbers
- Salt
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Oil
- Honey
- Chili flakes
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Wash mini cucumbers
- 2Place chopsticks on either side of a cucumber. Cut straight down on one side.
- 3Flip the cucumber over and cut diagonally on the other side. This creates a spiral effect.
- 4Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and let sit to remove some water.
- 5Add garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil, honey, chili flakes and sesame seeds.
- 6Mix all ingredients together.
- 7Enjoy!
