2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients
- Apples (4)
- Dark chocolate (250g)
- Vanilla extract (splash, optional)
Instructions
- 1Peel four apples, cut into chunks, and boil in boiling water until very soft, about 15 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate using a double boiler method, or a microwave.
- 3Strain the water from the apples and add them to a blender jar.
- 4Add the melted (cooled down) chocolate and a splash of vanilla extract (optional) to the blender jar.
- 5Blend until completely smooth.
- 6Pour the mixture into a lined cake tin and refrigerate overnight.
- 7Top with cocoa powder, chopped hazelnuts, or anything else.
Tips
- *Melting chocolate can be done either with a double boiler or in the microwave
- *Adding melted chocolate on top can make cutting the cake difficult, so it's better to use other toppings like cocoa powder and hazelnuts.
