Chocolate Fondant Recipe

Ingredients
- Butter - 115g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Egg yolks - 2 pcs
- Chocolate - 165g
- Sugar - 60g
- Flour - 15g
- Cocoa - 10g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- 2In a separate bowl, combine eggs, yolks, salt, and sugar.
- 3Mix the egg mixture with a mixer until pale and fluffy.
- 4Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Mix gently.
- 5Add flour and cocoa into the mixture. Combine gently with a mixer.
- 6Grease cake forms with butter and pour the chocolate mixture into them.
- 7Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 8Bake for 7-10 minutes, until crust has formed on top.
- 9Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
Tips
- *Chocolate should not be hot otherwise the eggs will cook.
- *It is important to mix the ingredients together gently to avoid overmixing.
