Stir-fried Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Spicy chili
  • Garlic
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Chicken bouillon
  • Light soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the Shiitake mushrooms thickly.
  2. 2Cut the spicy chili into thin strips.
  3. 3Boil water, then add the mushrooms. Cook until tender, then drain and set aside.
  4. 4Heat oil, add minced garlic and chopped chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  5. 5Add the mushrooms and stir-fry a few times.
  6. 6Add salt, chicken bouillon, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to season.
  7. 7Add the chili strips.
  8. 8Stir-fry over high heat until well combined and flavorful, then serve.
