  • Olive oil
  • Red onion (chopped)
  • Tomato paste
  • Cream
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pasta cooking water
  • Cooked rigatoni pasta

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. 2Add chopped red onion and tomato paste. Stir until softened.
  3. 3Add cream, red pepper flakes and cheese. Stir.
  4. 4Add pasta cooking water and stir.
  5. 5Add pasta and stir until well combined.
