- Olive oil
- Red onion (chopped)
- Tomato paste
- Cream
- Red pepper flakes
- Shredded cheese
- Pasta cooking water
- Cooked rigatoni pasta
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 2Add chopped red onion and tomato paste. Stir until softened.
- 3Add cream, red pepper flakes and cheese. Stir.
- 4Add pasta cooking water and stir.
- 5Add pasta and stir until well combined.
- 6Serve hot.
