New York Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 180g Anniversary Cookies
  • 75g Butter
  • 400g Cream Cheese
  • 200ml 35% Cream
  • 150g Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 120g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Flour

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula.
  2. 2Melt butter and add to crushed cookies.
  3. 3Tamp down the cookie mixture into a springform pan lined with foil, making a crust edge.
  4. 4Pour the cheesecake base into the pan, then bounce the pan to remove air bubbles.
  5. 5Pour boiling water into a baking sheet and put the cheesecake on it and bake at 100°C for an hour and a half or until the top is set.
  6. 6Leave the cheesecake to sit overnight in the fridge.
  7. 7Cut in the morning and enjoy!

Tips

  • *It's best to leave it overnight in the refrigerator, but if you can't wait, try it once it cools down.
