Butter Paneer

Ingredients
- 250g paneer
- Butter
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chilies
- 2 red chilies
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 12 to 15 cashews
- 1 1/2 tomato, diced
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Red chili powder
- Corona powder
- Coriander leaves
- Kasuri methi
Instructions
- 1Dice paneer into cubes.
- 2Fry the diced paneer with butter, salt, turmeric, and red chili powder. Fry until golden brown and set aside.
- 3Soak cashews in warm water and blend together with diced tomatoes to create a smooth puree.
- 4For the curry base, give a tadka in butter with jeera, red chilies, green chilies, and onions.
- 5Fry the tadka with ginger garlic paste and basic masalas (salt, turmeric, red chili powder).
- 6Add the tomato-cashew puree to the tadka and cook.
- 7Add the fried paneer cubes and garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
Tips
- *Use as much butter as you can without counting calories.
