Carrot Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Nuts (almonds recommended)

Instructions

  1. 1Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. 2Add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence; mix well.
  3. 3Add grated carrot and mix.
  4. 4Add flour and baking soda, mix gently.
  5. 5Pour batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Add nuts on top.
  7. 7Bake in an air fryer at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
  8. 8Let it cool and serve.
