Carrot Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Nuts (almonds recommended)
Instructions
- 1Mash the banana in a bowl.
- 2Add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence; mix well.
- 3Add grated carrot and mix.
- 4Add flour and baking soda, mix gently.
- 5Pour batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 6Add nuts on top.
- 7Bake in an air fryer at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
- 8Let it cool and serve.
