  • Puff pastry
  • Melted butter
  • Cheese
  • Egg wash

Instructions

  1. 1Brush melted butter on the puff pastry dough.
  2. 2Roll the dough with a rolling pin.
  3. 3Apply more melted butter and roll the dough again.
  4. 4Using the metal rod, cut the rolled dough in half and press down along the rod.
  5. 5Cut the dough into strips.
  6. 6Roll each strip into a rose shape.
  7. 7Place the dough rolls on a baking sheet and cover them.
  8. 8Flatten the roll into a circular shape and add cheese.
  9. 9Fold the dough and form into crescent shape.
  10. 10Place the cheese pastries on a baking sheet.
