- Melted butter
- Cheese
- Egg wash
Instructions
- 1Brush melted butter on the puff pastry dough.
- 2Roll the dough with a rolling pin.
- 3Apply more melted butter and roll the dough again.
- 4Using the metal rod, cut the rolled dough in half and press down along the rod.
- 5Cut the dough into strips.
- 6Roll each strip into a rose shape.
- 7Place the dough rolls on a baking sheet and cover them.
- 8Flatten the roll into a circular shape and add cheese.
- 9Fold the dough and form into crescent shape.
- 10Place the cheese pastries on a baking sheet.
- 11Brush the pastries with egg wash.
- 12Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
