Cookie Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1.5 sticks of butter
• 0.75 cup of brown sugar
• 0.5 cup of white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• dash of vanilla
• blue food coloring
• 2.25 cups of flour
• 1.5 teaspoons of cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• pinch of salt
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
• 1 cup of white chocolate chips
• Hershey's Chocolate Bars

Instructions

1. 1Melt butter in saucepan.
2. 2In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
3. 3Add one egg, egg yolk, and a dash of vanilla.
4. 4Mix in blue food coloring.
5. 5Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
6. 6Stir in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
7. 7Scoop the dough, flatten, and stuff more chocolate in the middle.
8. 8Freeze dough balls for at least four hours.
9. 9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
