Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- Unsalted butter 113 g | 4 oz (1 US stick)
- Powdered sugar 250 g | 8.8 oz (2 US cups)
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Cream cheese 226 g | 8 oz (1 US block)
- Vanilla 1/2 - 1 tsp (Optional)
Instructions
- 1Whip butter and powder sugar.
- 2Mix on low speed.
- 3Whip at medium to medium high speed until it looks fluffy.
- 4Clean a bowl and pedal on the way.
- 5Add cream cheese.
- 6Mix at high speed until it looks smooth.
- 7Whip at medium speed until it gets fluffy enough
Tips
- *Store it in a fridge in airtight container for up to 5-6 days.
- *To make a little bit stiffer buttercream, add unsalted butter 226 g | 8 oz (2 US sticks) and pinch of salt.
