Crunchy Chicken Cheese Bun

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Required lukewarm Milk
  • Few drops of Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 250g Chicken
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ortega
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Peri Peri Mass
  • 3 tbsp Onion
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 Cheese Slice
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • Milk
  • Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix it well, add oil and butter. Add required lukewarm milk and knead well to form a dough.
  2. 2Add few drops of oil. Cover the dough and let it rest for 3 hours.
  3. 3Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and salt, black pepper. Cook on high flame until golden brown, then add chilli powder, cumin powder, orgegano, chilli flakes, peri peri mass and cook on medium flame.
  4. 4Add onion and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Add cream, cheese slice, schezwan sauce and cook for 1 minute, then turn off the flame.
  5. 5After 3 hours remove the dough. Divide the dough into 7 equal portions.
  6. 6Flatten each portion, place cheese slice and chicken batter. Then pack well and give it round shape.
  7. 7Dip each bun in milk and then dip it in bread crumbs. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  8. 8Heat oil in a pan and fry each bun on medium to high flame until golden brown. Serve hot.
