Dark Chocolate Brownies with Cashews

Ingredients
- 1 large dark chocolate bar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Chop dark chocolate into pieces.
- 3Melt chocolate using a double boiler.
- 4Melt butter using a double boiler
- 5In a bowl, combine melted chocolate and melted butter.
- 6In a separate bowl, combine flour, chopped chocolate pieces and cashews.
- 7In another bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; whisk.
- 8Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture; whisk.
- 9Add flour mixture to the batter; mix well.
- 10Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 11Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly gooey.
- 12Let cool, then cut into squares.
