Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 20–25 dumpling wrappers
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Soy sauce for topping
  • Chili crisp for topping
  • Green onions for topping
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, grated ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, chili crisp, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix until fully combined.
  2. 2Grab a baking dish and layer everything like lasagna. Dip each dumpling wrapper in a bowl of water before layering. Start with wrappers, add a layer of pork, then repeat wrappers and pork until all ingredients are used.
  3. 3Pour the chicken broth evenly over the top.
  4. 4Cook using one of these methods: -Steam method: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Place the baking dish inside the pot, cover, and steam for 20–23 minutes until the pork is cooked through. -Oven method: Place the baking dish inside a larger dish filled with hot water, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes.
  5. 5Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
