Easy and Fast Neapolitan Pizza at Home Without a Mixer

Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 400ml water
  • 3g fresh yeast or 1g dry yeast
  • 15g salt

Instructions

  1. 1Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. 2Add water with yeast to the flour and mix.
  3. 3Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4Add salt and continue to mix gently.
  5. 5Cover and let rest for another 15 minutes.
  6. 6Remove dough from the bowl, stretch slightly and fold over a few times.
  7. 7Let rest covered for another 15 minutes.
  8. 8Divide the dough into 3 panetti.
  9. 9Cover the panetti with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, about 6-8 hours at room temperature.
  10. 10Preheat the oven to its highest temperature with the pizza stone inside for at least 40 minutes.
  11. 11Cover the dough with semolina and stretch with your hands.
  12. 12Add tomato sauce and mozzarella and top with basil and a drizzle of oil after baking.
  13. 13Bake the pizza until crust is golden.
