Easy Blender Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Instant Coffee
- 1 cup Cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- 1Add sugar, instant coffee, cooking oil, and eggs into a blender.
- 2Blend for two minutes.
- 3Pour the mixture into a clean bowl.
- 4Sift in all-purpose flour, add baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 5Mix until there are no lumps, being careful not to overmix.
- 6Pour into a greased baking tin.
- 7Hit the baking tin on a surface to remove excess air bubbles.
- 8Place a pot on fire. Then, place a cake stand (or similar) inside.
- 9Cover with a lid and preheat for 10 minutes.
- 10Place baking tin in the pot, cover, and bake for 40-45 minutes on low flame.
- 11Test if the cake is done by poking it with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's done.
- 12Remove the cake and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the baking tin.

- *Sugar quantities can be increased or decreased to preference.
