Easy Blender Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Instant Coffee
  • 1 cup Cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Add sugar, instant coffee, cooking oil, and eggs into a blender.
  2. 2Blend for two minutes.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a clean bowl.
  4. 4Sift in all-purpose flour, add baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5Mix until there are no lumps, being careful not to overmix.
  6. 6Pour into a greased baking tin.
  7. 7Hit the baking tin on a surface to remove excess air bubbles.
  8. 8Place a pot on fire. Then, place a cake stand (or similar) inside.
  9. 9Cover with a lid and preheat for 10 minutes.
  10. 10Place baking tin in the pot, cover, and bake for 40-45 minutes on low flame.
  11. 11Test if the cake is done by poking it with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's done.
  12. 12Remove the cake and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the baking tin.
