3-Ingredient Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup of thick greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp of protein bake or vanilla DSP (GF, grain-free, low carb, high protein substitute for cornstarch)
Instructions
- 1Whisk egg with greek yogurt until smooth and no lumps are present.
- 2Add the protein bake and continue whisking until very smooth and there's no lumps.
- 3Pour batter into a lined baking dish and bake at 350 F for about 35-40 minutes.
- 4Allow to cool before slicing.
Tips
- *Optional mix-ins: vanilla extract, honey/sweetener of choice, lemon zest
- *Optional Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, honey drizzle, berry compote, powdered sugar
