3-Ingredient Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of thick greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp of protein bake or vanilla DSP (GF, grain-free, low carb, high protein substitute for cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk egg with greek yogurt until smooth and no lumps are present.
  2. 2Add the protein bake and continue whisking until very smooth and there's no lumps.
  3. 3Pour batter into a lined baking dish and bake at 350 F for about 35-40 minutes.
  4. 4Allow to cool before slicing.

Tips

  • *Optional mix-ins: vanilla extract, honey/sweetener of choice, lemon zest
  • *Optional Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, honey drizzle, berry compote, powdered sugar
