Ingredients

  • 45g rolled oats
  • 180g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 65ml almond milk
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 25g Chocolate protein powder
  • 15g dark chocolate chips
  • 5g dark chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1Combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a mixing jug.
  2. 2Mix until well combined, creating a fudgy brownie filling.
  3. 3Add chocolate protein powder and stir until smooth.
  4. 4Add 15g of dark chocolate chips to the mixture and stir.
  5. 5In a mason jar, layer the chocolate oat mixture, cocoa powder, and top with 5g of dark chocolate chips.
  6. 6Refrigerate overnight.
