Honey Ginger Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Kirkland Fresh Chicken Thighs (air-chilled), amount unspecified
  • Shallots, amount unspecified
  • Garlic cloves, amount unspecified
  • Fish sauce, amount unspecified
  • Black pepper, amount unspecified
  • Hen Hebron (ginger and spanish), amount unspecified
  • Lemon juice, from half a lemon
  • Honey, amount unspecified
  • Red peppers, 2 peppers
  • Sesame oil, amount unspecified
  • Olive oil, amount unspecified
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Chives, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Add shallots, garlic cloves, fish sauce, black pepper, ginger and spanish, lemon juice, honey, and red peppers to a food processor
  2. 2Blend until smooth
  3. 3Add sesame oil and olive oil, then blend again.
  4. 4Cover the chicken thighs in the blended sauce.
  5. 5Place the chicken on a wire rack.
  6. 6Cook in a 425 degree oven until fully cooked and the outside is nice and charred.
  7. 7Serve over cooked rice, garnished with chopped chives.
