Lemon Cake

Ingredients
- 200g soft butter
- 150g sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 eggs (size M)
- 250g wheat flour
- 1 pack baking powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Juice of 1 medium lemon (for glaze)
- 300g powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- 1Combine all of the cake ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- 2Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 3Bake the cake at 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat for 50 minutes.
- 4While the cake cools, make the glaze: combine the lemon juice and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- 5Pour the glaze over the cake.
- 6Cut into slices and serve.
