Ingredients
- 175g Quark
- 50g Mascarpone
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Lotuscreme
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 75g frozen raspberries
- Splash of lemon juice
- 75g Lotuskekse/Biscoff cookies
- Lotuscreme for topping
Instructions
- 1For the raspberry layer, cook the raspberries in a pan with a splash of lemon juice until it becomes a jam-like consistency.
- 2Crush the biscoff cookies into crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
- 3Mix the quark, mascarpone, vanilla, lotus cream, and powdered sugar together.
- 4Assemble the dessert in a glass by layering the crushed biscoff cookies, cream mixture, raspberry layer, cream mixture and lotus cream on top.
- 5Garnish with biscoff cookie crumbs
