Ingredients

  • 175g Quark
  • 50g Mascarpone
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Lotuscreme
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 75g frozen raspberries
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • 75g Lotuskekse/Biscoff cookies
  • Lotuscreme for topping

Instructions

  1. 1For the raspberry layer, cook the raspberries in a pan with a splash of lemon juice until it becomes a jam-like consistency.
  2. 2Crush the biscoff cookies into crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
  3. 3Mix the quark, mascarpone, vanilla, lotus cream, and powdered sugar together.
  4. 4Assemble the dessert in a glass by layering the crushed biscoff cookies, cream mixture, raspberry layer, cream mixture and lotus cream on top.
  5. 5Garnish with biscoff cookie crumbs
