Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 55 ml milk at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 100 gr melted butter
  • 380 gr all purpose flour
  • 5 gr baking powder

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, add an egg, milk, vanilla essence, and sugar.
  2. 2Mix all very well.
  3. 3Add the melted butter and mix again.
  4. 4Add the flour and the baking powder and begin to knead.
  5. 5Knead with a spatula and then with your hands until the dough is formed.
  6. 6Divide the dough in two, because two doughs will be formed.
  7. 7Place baking paper below, another above and stretch with the rolling pin.
  8. 8Make it as thin as possible.
  9. 9Reserve in the fridge until it hardens.
  10. 10Remove the baking paper from above and cut out circles with the cutter.
  11. 11Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit) with heat from above and below, for 20 to 25 minutes.
