Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 55 ml milk at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 150 gr sugar
- 100 gr melted butter
- 380 gr all purpose flour
- 5 gr baking powder
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, add an egg, milk, vanilla essence, and sugar.
- 2Mix all very well.
- 3Add the melted butter and mix again.
- 4Add the flour and the baking powder and begin to knead.
- 5Knead with a spatula and then with your hands until the dough is formed.
- 6Divide the dough in two, because two doughs will be formed.
- 7Place baking paper below, another above and stretch with the rolling pin.
- 8Make it as thin as possible.
- 9Reserve in the fridge until it hardens.
- 10Remove the baking paper from above and cut out circles with the cutter.
- 11Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit) with heat from above and below, for 20 to 25 minutes.
