- Carrots
- Cucumber
- Sesame seeds
- Lemon
- Toasted sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Rice vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Chives
Instructions
- 1Peel carrots as long as you have the patience for it
- 2Peel cucumber, rotating once you get to the seeds
- 3Add sesame seeds
- 4Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl
- 5Add toasted sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rice vinegar, and soy sauce
- 6Chop chives
- 7Add dressing and chives to salad
- 8Mix and serve
