Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lemon
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. 1Peel carrots as long as you have the patience for it
  2. 2Peel cucumber, rotating once you get to the seeds
  3. 3Add sesame seeds
  4. 4Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl
  5. 5Add toasted sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rice vinegar, and soy sauce
  6. 6Chop chives
  7. 7Add dressing and chives to salad
  8. 8Mix and serve
