Ingredients

  • Cabbage
  • Bell peppers (green and red)
  • Carrots
  • Lemons
  • Garlic
  • Chickpeas
  • Dried dill seed
  • Bay leaves
  • Black peppercorns
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Apple vinegar
  • Grape vinegar
  • Water
  • Hot peppers

Instructions

  1. 1Harvest cabbage and other vegetables and fruits
  2. 2Wash cabbage, cut off outer leaves, slice cabbage into quarters, and then slice quarters into smaller pieces
  3. 3Put cabbage in a large bowl and add salt and water.
  4. 4Layer the vegetables into clean jars with spices and garlic.
  5. 5Add lemon wedges and hot peppers to each jar
  6. 6Mix apple vinegar, grape vinegar, and water. Pour mixture into jars.
  7. 7Fill the jars completely with the water and seal with clean lids. After a few days, pickled appetizers will be ready
