- Cabbage
- Bell peppers (green and red)
- Carrots
- Lemons
- Garlic
- Chickpeas
- Dried dill seed
- Bay leaves
- Black peppercorns
- Parsley
- Salt
- Apple vinegar
- Grape vinegar
- Water
- Hot peppers
Instructions
- 1Harvest cabbage and other vegetables and fruits
- 2Wash cabbage, cut off outer leaves, slice cabbage into quarters, and then slice quarters into smaller pieces
- 3Put cabbage in a large bowl and add salt and water.
- 4Layer the vegetables into clean jars with spices and garlic.
- 5Add lemon wedges and hot peppers to each jar
- 6Mix apple vinegar, grape vinegar, and water. Pour mixture into jars.
- 7Fill the jars completely with the water and seal with clean lids. After a few days, pickled appetizers will be ready
