Potato Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp haldi powder
  • 1 tbsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • Coriander
  • 2 bread slices
  • Dhaniya chutney
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Ghee or butter

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oil in a pan and add jeera.
  2. 2Add green chilies and chopped onion and saute.
  3. 3Add salt, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  4. 4Add boiled potatoes and coriander. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
  5. 5Apply dhaniya chutney on one bread slice and tomato ketchup on the other.
  6. 6Spread the potato mixture on the chutney-covered bread slice.
  7. 7Cover with the other bread slice to form a sandwich.
  8. 8Toast the sandwich with ghee or butter until golden brown on both sides.
