Potato Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp jeera
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp haldi powder
- 1 tbsp dhaniya powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 boiled potatoes
- Coriander
- 2 bread slices
- Dhaniya chutney
- Tomato ketchup
- Ghee or butter
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a pan and add jeera.
- 2Add green chilies and chopped onion and saute.
- 3Add salt, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- 4Add boiled potatoes and coriander. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
- 5Apply dhaniya chutney on one bread slice and tomato ketchup on the other.
- 6Spread the potato mixture on the chutney-covered bread slice.
- 7Cover with the other bread slice to form a sandwich.
- 8Toast the sandwich with ghee or butter until golden brown on both sides.
