Ingredients

  • 500g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package (original) vanilla pudding powder
  • 50g blueberries (optional)
  • Agave syrup to taste (optional)
  • Lemon juice to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. 2Pour the mixture into a container.
  3. 3Microwave for 6-7 minutes at 600-800 watts
  4. 4Refrigerate for at least half an hour and up to overnight

Tips

  • *For the typical cheesecake look, only add the blueberries on top before microwaving
