Ingredients
- 500g Magerquark (low-fat quark)
- 1 egg
- 1 package (original) vanilla pudding powder
- 50g blueberries (optional)
- Agave syrup to taste (optional)
- Lemon juice to taste (optional)
Instructions
- 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- 2Pour the mixture into a container.
- 3Microwave for 6-7 minutes at 600-800 watts
- 4Refrigerate for at least half an hour and up to overnight
Tips
- *For the typical cheesecake look, only add the blueberries on top before microwaving
