Regenbogen Bowl (Rainbow Bowl)

Ingredients

  • 300 g millet
  • 700 ml water
  • 2 small red onions
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 200 g peas
  • 1 can of cooked corn
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • Dressing:
  • 6 tbsp multivitamin juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1Put the millet with the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. 2Then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3In the meantime, peel the onions and cut into thin strips.
  4. 4Roughly chop the basil and walnuts.
  5. 5Add the peas to the millet, mix and let everything steep for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
  6. 6Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl.
  7. 7Then mix all the components.

  • *Tip for smoothies: Instead of banana, use a date paste
