Regenbogen Bowl (Rainbow Bowl)

Ingredients
- 300 g millet
- 700 ml water
- 2 small red onions
- 1 handful of basil
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 200 g peas
- 1 can of cooked corn
- 100 g baby spinach
- Dressing:
- 6 tbsp multivitamin juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1Put the millet with the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 2Then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 3In the meantime, peel the onions and cut into thin strips.
- 4Roughly chop the basil and walnuts.
- 5Add the peas to the millet, mix and let everything steep for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
- 6Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl.
- 7Then mix all the components.
Tips
- *Tip for multivitaminsaft: Add an oil for the fat-soluble vitamins.
- *Tip for smoothies: Instead of banana, use a date paste
