San Sebastian Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
- 3 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese
- Butter
- Heavy Cream
- 6 Eggs
- Sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Dark chocolate
- Milk
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and butter.
- 2Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 3Gradually add heavy cream and mix until well combined.
- 4Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- 5Add sugar and powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- 6Line a round springform pan with parchment paper.
- 7Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 8Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until the top is deeply golden brown.
- 9Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- 10Melt dark chocolate with milk.
- 11Pour the chocolate sauce over the cheesecake slice before serving.
