San Sebastian Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 3 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Butter
  • Heavy Cream
  • 6 Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Powdered sugar
  • Dark chocolate
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and butter.
  2. 2Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3Gradually add heavy cream and mix until well combined.
  4. 4Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. 5Add sugar and powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  6. 6Line a round springform pan with parchment paper.
  7. 7Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. 8Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until the top is deeply golden brown.
  9. 9Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  10. 10Melt dark chocolate with milk.
  11. 11Pour the chocolate sauce over the cheesecake slice before serving.
