- Water for cooking oats
- Ginger finely chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Oats
- Soy sauce
- Butter

- Eggs
- Spinach
- Chili oil
- Flaky salt
Instructions
- 1Step 1: Make your oats - finely chop some ginger, add sesame seeds so that they toast in the butter with the ginger, add oats, soy sauce, butter, salt, and cook down in the oats and it’s going to get all creamy, salty, and fatty and just so tasty.
- 2Step 2: Poach your eggs. Use a little swirl and dunk them in and hope for the best. Perfect poached egg.
- 3Step 3: Blanch your spinach - use the egg poaching water to blanch it.
- 4Plate the oats, spinach, top with an egg, chili oil, flaky salt, and sesame seeds.
