Ingredients

  • 설탕 0.5T (Sugar 0.5 Tbsp)
  • 고춧가루 1T (Korean chili powder 1 Tbsp)
  • 진간장 1T (Soy sauce 1 Tbsp)
  • 참기름 2T (Sesame oil 2 Tbsp)
  • 물 2T (Water 2 Tbsp)
  • 계란 2알 (Eggs 2)
  • 밥 (Cooked rice)
  • 김 (Dried seaweed)

Instructions

  1. 1전자레인지 가능한 그릇에 설탕, 고춧가루, 진간장, 참기름, 물 넣고 섞기 (In a microwave-safe bowl, mix sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water)
  2. 2계란 2알 넣어 노른자 터뜨려서 (Add 2 eggs and break the yolks)
  3. 3랩 씌워 전자레인지 1분 40초만 돌려주면 완성 (Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds)
  4. 4밥에 올려서 비벼주면 완성 (Serve over rice and mix)

Tips

  • *단 거 안 좋아하시는 분은 설탕 조금만 넣어주세요! (For those who don't like sweets, add less sugar!)
