Squid Sisig

Ingredients
- 4 squids, cleaned and ink sacks removed
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, split
- Garlic Rice
Instructions
- 1Grill the squid on a buttered grill pan for 1-2 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook.
- 2Chop the grilled squid and add it to the wok.
- 3Heat up some oil in the wok and saute a yellow onion, bell pepper, garlic, and salt until fragrant and translucent.
- 4Add in the chopped squid, sugar, ginger powder, black pepper, lime juice, and oyster sauce.
- 5Stir fry for around 2 minutes and then it's time to assemble.
- 6Melt some butter onto a very heated sizzling plate.
- 7Add on your garlic rice, your homemade sisig.
- 8Top it off with an egg, red onions, chili peppers, and lemon. Eat and enjoy!
