Stir-fried Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Spicy chili
- Garlic
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Chicken bouillon
- Light soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
Instructions
- 1Slice the Shiitake mushrooms thickly.
- 2Cut the spicy chili into thin strips.
- 3Boil water, then add the mushrooms. Cook until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 4Heat oil, add minced garlic and chopped chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- 5Add the mushrooms and stir-fry a few times.
- 6Add salt, chicken bouillon, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to season.
- 7Add the chili strips.
- 8Stir-fry over high heat until well combined and flavorful, then serve.
