Ingredients
- 100 g lightly salted salmon
- sushi rice
- 1/2 avocado
- cucumber
- 3 nori sheets
- 2–3 tbsp cream cheese
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Layer all ingredients in a square container covered in plastic wrap.
- 2Press everything together layer by layer.
- 3Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
