Ingredients

  • 100 g lightly salted salmon
  • sushi rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • cucumber
  • 3 nori sheets
  • 2–3 tbsp cream cheese
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Layer all ingredients in a square container covered in plastic wrap.
  2. 2Press everything together layer by layer.
  3. 3Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
