Ingredients
- Boiled and grated potato - 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 2 tbsp
- Cucumber - 2 tbsp
- Carrot - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste - 1/2 tsp
- Veg Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
- Bread slices
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine boiled and grated potato, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and coriander leaves.
- 2Add black pepper powder, salt, and mayonnaise to the mixture.
- 3Combine all ingredients well.
- 4Cut off the crust corners of bread slices.
- 5Spread the mixture evenly on one bread slice.
- 6Cover with another bread slice.
- 7Cut the sandwich diagonally and enjoy.
